Tina M. Wayland-Smith, Esq.

 

Tina M. Wayland-Smith, Esq. is a principal in the Central New York law firm of Campanie & Wayland-Smith PLLC. She is a graduate of Elmira College and Nova University Law School. She also was the first female principal in the 40-year existence of The Kiley Law Firm. She joined S. John Campanie in 2000 and formed Campanie and Wayland-Smith PLLC in 2000.

Ms. Wayland-Smith's practice is primarily concentrated in the areas of matrimonial law, family law, civil litigation, adoption, and bankruptcy.

Ms. Wayland-Smith is also the Madison County Attorney, a position she has held since January 1, 2017. She previously was the First Assistant County Attorney, a position she held since 1990.
