Campanie & Wayland-Smith PLLC is a general-practice law firm emphasizing general business representation, corporate and limited liability company formations and transactions, contracts, municipal law, matrimonial and family law, litigation, real estate, and wills and estates (including estate planning and administration).

Firm principals S. John Campanie and Tina Wayland-Smith, natives of Oneida and Sherrill respectively, formed Campanie & Wayland-Smith, PLLC in 2000.  Both are active members of the communities in which they live and practice, participating in numerous civic and professional organizations and activities.

The firm currently is comprised of a team of five professionals (lawyers and experienced legal assistants) plus supporting staff, including legal assistants Jeannine Martell-Morris, Rachael A. Gilmore-Gardner, and Iliana M. Lopez.
